NCIS star and Trevor Project advocate Pauley Perrette well and truly stole the show at the organization’s awards banquet and gala, Trevor Live, at the Hollywood Palladium. Perrette, who plays forensics wizard Abby Sciuto, is one of the most prominent voices speaking for the Trevor Project’s cause of helping troubled LGBT youth.
The Rachel Zoe Project and It’s a Brad, Brad World reality TV star Brad Goreski was in fine, fashionable form at the Trevor Project’s award show and banquet, Trevor Live. Goreski has been involved in the organization’s activities for 12 years. “The word of the Trevor Project has spread so quickly, and this event—I remember when it was like Cracked Christmas, and it was like 150, 200 seats—and now…Lady Gaga was here last year, Katy Perry’s being honored this year…it’s amazing, it’s really great.”
The fabulously talented and handsome Derek Hough of Dancing With The Stars was on hand for the Trevor Project’s awards banquet and gala, Trevor Live. The evening was dedicated to celebrating and promoting awareness of the Trevor Project’s message of acceptance and support to LGBT youth. “My friends are very much involved,” Hough said, “and they asked me if I’d come support the weight and get back into into it and Actually, they asked me if I would dance!…I said I wanna come and at least support.”
American Idol alum, Jessica Sanchez attended the Trevor Project Live event not only as a young supporter, but a performer. To keep with the night’s themes of empowerment and acceptance, Sanchez performed Christina Aguilera’s “Beautiful” and from the Dreamgirls musical, “And I Am Telling You.”
The comedic actress donned a classic black and white toned printed dress, black framed glasses and a simple side up-do. Harris completed her glowing look with sparkly studs and minimal make-up. But simple, natural beauty seems to be her strong suit. When we asked her to name one helpful fashion tip that she could not live without, she replied, “I think I have to have my Burt’s Bees Wax, Fig, lip [shimmer].”
