Actress and producer, Kiki Melendez, wowed on the red carpet at the AMC Hollywood premiere of her new documentary, Journey of a Female Comic. The comedian aimed to show audiences her story and was determined to get her film out there. She jokingly stated that, she “didn’t want to sit around…waiting for people to give [her] an opportunity” and took initiative to tell her story! The humorist proclaimed that audiences will “instantly get [her] and understand [her]”.

The Hot Tamales Live star is excited about the message her new film has to offer. Journey of a Female Comic  promises to entertain and inspire audiences of all ages. She assures viewers will “laugh, cry, and most importantly resonate with [the project].” Continued Melendez, “Everybody can relate to this movie.”

When talking about the perspective success of her film, the funny gal joked saying,  if it is not a “smashing success” she’s “moving to Fiji.” We’re sure you have nothing to worry about, Kiki!

As for style, the mother of two donned a playful look with subtle blue streaks in her brunette locks. Preferring comfort overall, the leading lady sported quite the colorful jumpsuit with trendy gold accessories on her neckline. She accessorized her look with Charlie Lapson earrings and a bold red lipstick from MAC Cosmetics.
