David Marciano Of Showtime’s ‘Homeland’ Chooses Casual Fashion For The Red Carpet

Veteran TV character actor David Marciano “used to dress in…Armani and Guess and all of the top designers, but since I’ve been married, most of my money – I have three children – go to my kids.” The Homeland star dressed accordingly for Compassion with Fashion’s Midnight Mission event in Beverly Hills, which benefitted the organization’s human services efforts in downtown Los Angeles.

Red Carpet Tips reporter Michael Mazzella met with Marciano on the red carpet to discuss the actor’s fashion sense and advice, which is decidedly nonchalant. He describes his look as “hobo-chic”. Yes, hobo, not boho. Marciano who plays surveillance expert Virgil on Showtime’s critically acclaimed drama Homeland, wore a light green sweater, tan slacks and worn boots and was enthusiastic about dressing so modestly. “I’ve had to learn how to put things together on the cheap.” He pulled it off nicely in our opinion!
