Airweave, Pilot Pen, & Rolf Bleu Shine at the GBK Celebrity Style Lounge

This year’s GBK Golden Globes Celebrity Style Lounge arrayed a variety of products and welcomed plenty of celebrities. Among the guests: Breaking Bad‘s RJ Mitte, Laverne Cox (Orange Is The New Black), Star of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Ming-Na Wen, and from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Megan Hayes and Elena Sanchez. These celebs were there to enjoy items from vendors including, Pilot Pen, Blow Hookah, and Rolf Bleu. And here’s a closer look.

Pilot Pen was showcasing their excellent writing instruments for daily to more elegant writing occasions. They even showed off their pens in a glamorous manner, as they displayed a dress made from 300 pens designed by Project Runway finalist Helen Castillo. It was their way of bringing “to life making writing fashionable, again.”

Another luxurious lifestyle item was airweave. This bed topper allows for premium comfort when sleeping, and it was celebrating its introduction into the US market. You can see Downton Abbey‘s Lesley Nicol casually enjoying the airweave in our images below.

Sleep-in provided a variety of practical and functional beauty products like their hair curlers and hairdryer hoodie. The latter dries your hair and helps to give instant curls.

Over on the accessories side of things was Rolf Bleu. We chatted with owner Caryn Sterling who said they produce everything from tech gadget accessories to the slouch beanies. According to her, the popular iPhone 5 cases “don’t sacrifice fashion for function,” while the beanies add a humorous touch to any wardrobe.

We talked to Fritz Graf, founder of Blow Hookah, the world’s first electronic hookah. It’s a revolutionary way to keep the tradition of  hookah, without the mess or tobacco. (You can see, Mitte posing with this sensational item below)

Also there, was Lambda Legal, an organization dedicated to protecting the rights of the LGBT community and those who suffer from HIV.

We send our thank you to GBK Productions for putting on such a wonderful and diverse event and, of course, for letting us join.
