Dakota Hood, from The Hunger Games, looked Classic Hollywood Style on the red carpet at this year’s GLAAD Media Awards.
Hood, “a huge fan” of Charlie Lapson, sparkled in a few of the designer’s diamond rich jewels. One of her favorite pieces, is the unique silver bracelet she wore because the main design of the accessory glides down onto the back of her hand, which she said was “something you don’t see anymore.”
In keeping with a retro-chic look, the young actress donned a beautiful nude pink gown by raising designer Alexis Monsanto, who happen to be on the red carpet with her. Monsanto says he strives to created “timeless” dresses, and as in the case for Dakota, give them “a total Hollywood, old Hollywood look.” And that he did.
To complete her glamour, Dakota used Mary Kay and Mac make-up, her two favorites. She even admits, Mac‘s eyeliner and eyelashes are red carpet must-haves.
Also present at the GLAAD Awards, was her fellow Games co-star, newly crowned Oscar Winner Jennifer Lawrence. “I’m just going to scream and cry,” fawns Dakota “because I haven’t seen her since she won.”
This raising starlet surely knows fashion, and how to showcase a winning look on the red carpet.
